hi my name is adeena and im 17 years old. 

the thing is im not quite sure what it is but i get i sharp pain all around my body. it would  start near  the upper back and go around the breast back bone then my chest would start to hurt, then under my left arm to my palms and wrists the pain would also be under my ribs just above the pelvis on the sides, and it would come randomly but gets worser at night.. which i find it difficult to sleep. and sometimes out of nowhere i get tightness around the chest. my throat hurts sometimes. it´s been going on for many months but just seems to get worse.. can someone please give some advice of what this could be?
