For the past few days I've been having a terrible pain coming from the left side of my neck going all the way down to the bottom of my rib cage. It hurts the worst when I take a deep breath or yawn. Just looking for ideas to what it might and if its serious enough to take too a doctor. I am a 20 year old female.
