I'm trying to understand what is happening. I'm a 63 year old male that suffers from almost constant headaches. They have found the reason for three different sources and a fourth one is undetermined. Once or twice a week, I get a railroad spike driven into the side of my head. I passed out from the last one but they never last more than five seconds and then back to normal. I have had a few MRI's and they found some things but nothing that would explain why these "Burst" headaches should happen.
These things are random and I am sometimes afraid they might happen while I'm driving. They give me no warning and, like I said, very painful.
