Hi, my best friend is having upper stomach pains and when you push where she is having pains u basically feel a muscle spasm. She took a pregnacy test and it came out negative twice. She also had to have a test done when she went to get her shot again. She has the urge to pee at moments notice and it hurts when she feels she has to pee. She doesnt have medical insurance so we're trying to find out if its something she needs to go to the doctor or ER. She doesnt want to go and it being basically nothing and having to spend a boat load of money.

She is 16 years old. It just started today while we were at work. Its really sharp pains where it feels like someone is stabbing her in her stomach. Its not just in one spot spot, it goes from one side to another each time. Also, i know its nothing to put out there.....but she did just have sex last night in the first time in a while. She has gone without having sex for longer and never had it happen before. just wanted to put that in there incase it might be a factor. She is afraid to tell her mom incase she is pregnant. Also, if she was pregnant, she would be about 4 or 5 months now. If we can get anyones opinion, it would help tremendously!!!!!! THANKYOU! :)
