Good Day

I am 27 years old male and i have had extremely bad acid reflux to such a point that if i do not take rennie's i will throw up this has been going on for the past 4 to 5 years. but in the last 6 month i have had the acid reflux and these sharp chest pains on my left side the pain is extreme and makes me curl into a ball and lasts about 30 seconds then goes away some days it will happen about 3 times and about 4 mins apart and other time it is just once with a few days apart
