Should I get the morning after pill?

So today I had sex with my boyfriend in my hot tub. It was unprotected but he wasn't in me very long and he didn't cum. He was only in me for a total of like 3 min. He also wiped his penis off before he entered me. The hot tub also had a lot of chemicals in it if that has any effect on anything... I was wondering if this would warrant going and buying a morning after pill? We've kind of young and definitely not ready for a baby so if any of you think there is a good chance I could be pregnant I still have time to get Plan B. Thank you so much. any help is appreciated
