I am a devoted runner. Nothing can stop me from running, not even a bad weather. However, I caught a cold and pneumonia as well as had several conditions following the last race. My wife said that I should have had such experience to learn to stay indoors on bad weather. What do you think?

The most important thing is that if you develop symptoms of hypothermia, you should inform a race official or your training partner and change into warm and dry clothing as immediately.
