I had shoulder surgery in sept 2012, they shaved the bone, fixed serveal tears, disconnected the byceph muscle and reattaced it, it is march 2013 and suffering with frozen shoulder, I tried pt right after surger but doctor took me out of that because of the pain, just got steroid injection at the beginning of the month, it hasn't done any good. I have been dealing with pain of some sort in this shoulder for six years now. I don't think it will ever stop. I was told that I am full of scar tissue. Does anyone have any ideas what I should do next?
