I had all surgery about a year ago. The day of surgery, I mean as soon as I woke up and got dressed, I noticed a weird feeling in my penis. I kept grabbing for it, cause I couldn't stand the rubbing against my pants. When I got home, I used the bathroom, and to my horror!!, My penis was half the size it was prior surgery. And this is the same day, just an hour after!. After being sick to my stomach, I thought it might be the pain meds, and it might return to its norm after awhile. Well, it's 14 months later, and nothing has changed. I've been to two urologist, and neither can find anything wrong (with only a visual). And no link to the surgery. This situation has really taken its toll on me, l mean I don't even have sex anymore.. There has to be some link.. Either that Dr hit some arteries..and my penis deflated...or he deliberately did something to me... Thanks for listening

ACL SURGERY is what I meant to type

Same thing happened to me after cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) surgery.  My Primary Care Physician said, "Lose weight."  Urologist said, "It's a mystery. Damaging an artery affecting penis is impossible for that type of surgery."  My conclusion - all diagrams showing arteries serving the groin and leg areas are purposely drawn dimensionally INCORRECT in order to separate blood vessels for labeling.  This is verified by PHOTO of blood vessels of cadaver.  They are significantly different.  This could be confusing to a surgeon clamping a blood vessel; the wrong one may inadvertently be selected.  My conclusion is that ANY surgeon clamping, cutting, moving, inserting borescope, or any other instrument for such blood vessels MUST inspect this area of a cadaver for training prior to performing first surgery of ANY area of the human body.
