Is it true that Skinny Sleep works overnight to help us reduce our weight? I have heard it has thermic formula that burns fat while we sleep. I doubt in thing they claim, that you wake up skinnier than when you went to bed. I do not believe to diet pills, but this one sounds as a miracle if it is true. Can you tell me how it could be possible, and should I take it?

Off course, until now there is no scientific approval for this and I cannot tell you that could be health or good for you.
