Hi, I am mother of 7 years old girl who has sleep apnea. I have heard several times in the night that she is breathing very hard so I was very scared because of that. When I wake up her she can't explain me what is causing her problems. Please if someone had similar experiences tell me about it because I am pretty scared.

Hi, my kid also had sleep apnea when he was younger and I was very upset because of that. I take him to the doctor and he told me his tonsils are pretty big and that might cause breathing problems. Also doctor made allergy test and some of them were positive. Allergy also may cause problems with breathing. Anyway you would go to doctor and consult him about this problem.
