I'm 29 m a little on the heavy side. In past few days before I start urinating (holding my penis tight preventing urine to come out) I would feel slight pain/burning, once I let go and start urinating pain/burning goes away, and I dont have any discomfort untill I repeat that. No discharge from penis or irritation. Should I be concerned.
P.S. Also have a family history for kidney stones
