I have two big meals per day. I am 25 years old active guy, but I gain weight it past three months. My girlfriend claims that I can eat like this. She think that two big meals slow down my metabolism and that is why I ma gaining weight. Has she right about this?

I think she is. Here is how I see it. When you eat more often and small meals your metabolism is always on stand by, but if you have 2 big meals and nothing in between it slows down and with time you are gaining weight, well, that is my theory, but ask someone else too.
