Small bumps focused around euretha and redness

Basically, I had unprotected sex and a day or two later I noticed some very small red bumps on my penis that are focused around my euretha. Its been about 3-4 days now and theres been no pain and theres no open sore or anything of that sort nor any discharge and it does seem to be possibly going away? I'm not sure. I am uncircumsized, I know I need to be checked out but I am scared.. I guess theres no better explaination for it then that. I was wondering if anybody has any knowledge on a matter such as this. Any input would be apprecated. Thanks
