I'll get straight to the point, I'm 17 and recently I noticed a small lump (less than 1mm in size) on the top of my right testicle, I was wondering what it could be. Also my left testicle hangs lower.

It's normal for the testicles to not "hang" evenly. Usually the left one is lower.
The bump could be anything, possibly a cyst. Is it attached to the testicle or does it move?
Keep an eye on it. If it changes size/shape see your doctor. An exam would be needed to find out exactly what it is.
