The lump is on the top of my right testicle i noticed it about 6 months ago and its about the size of a pee. Since then ive had lower back pains really bad and ive had trouble breathing but i think thats just from stress. Im 14 years old i noticed it when i was 13 though. I would love it if someone could plz help me asap.
