About a week ago, the tip of my foreskin (the are that would be in the middle of my penis if it was fully retracted) became red and itchy. I noticed the area had turned whitish and was slightly moist. Gentle cleaning with a damp cloth and antiseptic removed the gunk, but now the area has acquired a rough texture and a couple small tears that run parallel to the shaft of my penis have appeared. The pain and cuts subsided six days after the initial symptoms I had sex with my girlfriend (no condom) and now there are between 12 - 15 tears and a LOT of pain.

What do I have??
