I get loads of smegma build up then it starts the hurt and get swollen it comes and goes usually a period of 2 days but its been happening alot and i am getting worried cause today i was masterbatin and in mt semen i saw some blood or maybe just red sperm if thats real could some one help me asap. I am 15 btw
