ok, I know I am going to sound stupid... i am only 14 years old, and I am uncircumcised. I just pulled my foreskin back today, and on my Penis head (just at the edge (I think its called the "sulcus" or something like that.)) I realized that I had what looked like goosebumps (like what you get from the cold)...
And now I am scared that maybe I have an STD or something... does anybody know what this is? I know I am probably worrying too much over something small, but I am scared... can somebody please help me soon???
P.S. I have never had sex, done drugs, or anything that should ever give me an STD

The bumps that you say you've found under the foreskin are possibly fordyce spots... and are not necessarily an indication of an STD.
Have you had unprotected sex?
Have you had any contact with another's genitals?
If not, there's almost no way for you to have contracted something.
At age 14, it is good that you are exploring and becoming more familiar with your genitals and reproductive organs. This will be of great benefit in the future in case there are any obvious changes that might signal something that need attention.
For now, you are still developing, and it's too early to jump to conclusions.
However, on your next visit to your family doctor, you can ask for a private exam by the doctor and point out your concern. He'll probably be able to set your mind at rest, but it will require an examination so he can confirm what it is.
