He i am 13 and my left testicle has been sore for about a year now it is also smaller than my right one and is softer my right testicle use to be the same size and use to be sore like the left one but then it got bigger and stopped hurting. Do i just have to wait for it to get bigger and will it stop being sore like the other one after a while. Also what percentage of guys have one testicle bigger then the other. I also have some pubes on my penis is this normal. I also have small white pimply type thing all other my penis that arnt very noticable is this normal.

Most of your symptoms are normal but I am not so sure about that decreased testicular size. The hairs on penis are normal. There are many hair follicles on the penis shaft. When there are many hair follicles, there are many oil glands that secrete a substance called sebum. Sebum uses hair shaft to come to the surface of the penis and lubricate it. When the pores are closed, it starts accumulating causing these white pimply type formations. They are nothing to worry about.
Normally, one testicle is always bigger than another. However, it is not good when testicles shrink in size. If the size of your testicle had noticeably decreased, I would suggest you spoke to your parents about it and had it checked.
