Iam anil I have spermatocele cyst both sides n I have 2.5 to 3.5 size of cysts I have pain more if i sperm out or mastrubution I feel comfortable for 2 days after that  again same  problem I have pain in testicles its not possible to me to masturbation for day  I have problem this from 4 years soo suggest me best way n treatment
