Have 5 cysts, but I feel more is going on. Tumor?

For about two years now, I've been experiences chronic pelvic pain. It was until two months ago that doctors told me I have cysts in my right ovary. In early July, I was told I only had one cyst. Late July, I went to the ER after excruciating pain overnight. the doctor told me that I had five cysts now.; two on my left and three on my right. Not only that, but he told me that I needed a Lap done to remove them since the biggest one on my right ovary is 1cm smaller than my ovary itself. I went back to my GYN and reported the results given to me. She agrred that I need surgery so we went ahead and scheduled it for 09/20/2010. My pains have gotten so much worste, but my GYN says she is unavailable until september. I dont want to create more stress to myself my starting all over again with a GYN so I'm up for waiting. In the meantime I am on Vicodin for the pain. It's hard for me to take it constanly since I have an addictive personality (I believe). I've felt a lot more pressure on my pelvic area, both my right and left sides and now its gotten to my lower back. I have sharp stabbing pains at time that I have to lay down in a fetal position for it to lessen. I also now have a bulging/ bloating tummy. I began to think that it was because I missed the gym but now i dont think that may be it. I am having frequent urges to urinate after just a sip of water and when i eat, sometimes I get full VERY easily. I went to my PCP about four months ago and she said that I had H. Pylori. For some reason, I dont think thats what I may have. it's hard to get a second opinion because I dont have coverage and treatments are getting more expensive. I've been reading alot in regards to my pelvic and tummy pains, and i've been seeing alot of results of Ovarian Tumors as well as Ovarian Cancer which is really Scaring me. My Uncle died of luekemia at about age 30. My mom's uncle died of a type of cancer as well. Im not to famililar with the medical history of my father's side, so I cant really give much info. But please, any suggestion helps. THANKS!
