Hi, there. Spondyloarthropathy is another form of inflammation joint disease. Practitioners also call it seronegative spondyloarthropathy. It is a group of diseases which do not have rheumatoid factor in the serum. These diseases are: ankylosing spondylitis, Reiter’s syndrome, psoriatic arthritis and enteropathic arthritis. Unlike RA, this group affects larger joints. Ankylosing spondylitis usually affects spine. I hope this helps. I don’t know more details. Good luck!
