Ok,
In short, spondylolisthesis is when cracked vertebra slips forward over the vertebra below it.
It is connected to spine problem. The spine is made of series of connected bones, which are called vertebrae. Some adults have (very small percentage) crack in one of the vertebrae, this is called spondylolysis. This usually happens at lower (lumbar) part of the spine, where it joins the tailbone (sacrum). This crack may cause no symptoms at all, on the other hand sometimes it does. It produces pain in (lower) back and legs. So, when cracked vertebra slips forward over the vertebra below it, this is called spondylolisthesis.
