Hi everyone, 

I have been on birth control for over 10 years now. 4 years ago I switched brands, so it has been pretty consistent. I'm not great at taking my pill at the same time every day so I haven't really been. I haven't missed any though. My husband and I had sex about a week ago at this point, so right at the end of my ovulation time. I now have spotting light brown and only a few spots in my underwear. I haven't had spotting in at least 5 years and I dunno what it could be. I don't know how likely it is that I'm pregnant because there wasn't ejaculation when we had sex so I don't know if this is implantation bleeding or what. So I guess to summarize:

1. Spotting light brown spots in my underwear 5 days before my period 

2. Slight cramping

3. Sex about a week ago (during the ovulation period, no ejaculation)

4. On BC but bad at taking it at the same time every day. 

Thoughts on what this could be?
