My husband and I have started planning since last month. However, yesterday was my mid cycle or 15th day and after an intercourse, i realised some brown spotting later that night. I was also unable to sleep with cramps, and was feeling cold and kept going to the rest room. All of today i have experienced cramps in my abdomen and have cold feet(literally). I also keep going to the restroom and can't seem to control it although there is only a few trickles. Could someone explain whts goingon? Is it normal mid-cycle bleeding or what?

I would make sure your spotting is vaginal first cause with the increased urinating it could be kidney stones or bladder infection or something in that area. If it is vaginal it could be ovulation spotting along with a possible bladder infection. The only true way to know is by going to the dr. Good luck.
