Sooo my boyfriend and i have had unprotected sex (and he doesn't pull out) pretty much once a day since my last period which was january 6th. So i was expecting my period around february 6th which was 4 days ago, but it never came. I have PCOS so my periods arent always regular. But for the past week or two i have experienced a lot of headaches which i never usually have, a lot of nausea (no vomiting), and just generally more tired. Due to all of this i took 3 home pregnancy tests on the 4th 5th and 6th, and all were negative. Well yesterday, the 9th, i started experiencing intense cramps on and off maybe once every hour. Then late last night i started having very very dark brown, like almost black, spotting just when i wipe not on my underwear. It lasted all through the night and am still having it tonight. So i don't know if this could be pregnancy or something to do with my PCOS??? please help!?

I think you should talk with your doctor on this issue. It does not look like you are pregnant, may be it is aggravation of your PCOS
