I just started having sex with my boyfriend. I want to start taking birth control ASAP because i know it takes a few weeks to reach maximal effects. However, I am supposed to get my period in 9 days.
Can I start by taking the LAST 9 out of 21 days of this pack so I get my period at the normal time? Then I would wait 7 days and begin a new pack.
OR
Can I start at day 1? I don't know what this would do regarding my period since I have already ovulated
