Hey everyone , i need help. i have been trying to lose weight all my life , & it never really worked till i went on a low-carb diet, now i am just at the perfect weight , and if i lose anymore weight , i will be considered underweight. but everyday (even when i was on my diet) i start the day with a flat stomach or close to one , then by the evening it buldges out and i look fatter than ever , please please please help , i have tried everything and by that i mean EVERYTHING to make this stop , and i think i am two days away from starving myself in order to control this. i literally have no idea why this is happening , i exercise and i eat good but everyday my stomach shifts from flat to fat , please help or at least explain why this is happening , thanks.
