If it’s only the belly fat that is the problem for you, I think that the probably the only certain way you will get your abdominal muscles to get stronger and so to make your stomach flatter is by exercise. In your place, I think even an aerobics class would be enough to keep your exercise focused on the part of your body you want to reshape. Exactly what type of activity would be the best for you depend much on your age and the reason belly fat appeared in the first place. But also, keeping up with the healthy diet is what's really crucial.

You really need to tell us more about your condition. How old are you and how tall are you. You have to understand that having flat stomach is not that simple process and you will have to work hard. Do you have any more excessive weight on your body or just on your stomach? You should change your diet first, and leave out all the fatty foods. Try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. You have to do workout regularly, because with this you will lose fat and you will gain muscles which will give your stomach good strength. I hope that you will manage to have a flat stomach in short period of time.
