I have the same problem, the only thing is, is that I am a female. Often I feel it in my lower abdomen, and then it switched to my back. It seems to be normal from when I ask around, but if several people are experiencing it while several aren't, I'm gonna assume that that is not normal. It only started for me about last year when they found ovarian cysts in me.

Yes, I'm now a nonsmoker. I workout everyday , especially the abdomen and legs. Good blood circulation from the legs increases longer harder erecting but also suplies oxygen better to the body. All of this plays a factor, your diet needs to change asap and your wellness will increase and the pain decrease. But, you have to stick with it all. You cant run being a smoker and you can't workout a bad diet. Goodluck

The reason is low energy, a few here said something about empty stomach, in my case im on a caloric deficit too and i have had it 2 days in raw one was wit an empty stomach, the other i did not eat enough also, masturbating consumes a lot of energy. I think thats the reason.

I experienced this off and on lately (when masturbating). I noticed that if you are masturbating for a prolonged amount of time, it starts to build them up and they get a litte more intense after ejaculating. I think the problem is dehydration.

Yip me too, seems its a common issue with men and I am not a Doctor but, I believe that it is all related to nerve constriction with the inguinal (inner groin) area, during sex muscles contract in the area, on or during release, the nerves passing through the Inguinal opening to the testicles is stimulated and sparks a sympathetic reaction with the abdominal muscles. Like all spasms over use or lack of use creates a prime environment. As well as nutritional issues like trace minerals, potassium and magnesium. Withe me I had a hernia repair that further restricted the descending nerves and I now experience the spasms about once a month or after a lot of intense sex. Now I am doing stretches, sit ups and eating better. I am also going slower when I having sex. I am also staying hydrated. Seems to work for me and when I have spasms it is so painful it is worth is.

I just experienced this yesterday, and it honestly feels like a Hernia. Its apparently common for men to have undiagnosed Hernias because they have no symptoms. If anyone has this pain, they should probably go to a doctor (if you can actually afford that.)

I have the same feeling as well. What your experience is a sports hernia. Try icing stomach and anti inflammatory like turmeric. Not streonous stomach exercise for about 6wks then start rehab by stretching and strengthening
