i have been getting sharp pains in my stomach for the past 3 days. they aren't constant, they come and go. i have no other symptoms

I just now had sharp pains all over my stomach and it lasted about 10 minutes it was really bad.
It might b an ilurgic reaction, I just had a couple pizza shape but I dought that that was anything to do with my pains.
Yesterday I was sick all day vomiting as well.
So I suggest going to the doctors and checking it out, do some research as well, that's what I'm doing now.:-)
