I have been having stomach pains on and off for a about a year, its on the left side, under my ribs. its not a great pain, more a tight, pinching burning ache.

It some times comes to my chest under my breast, and back

any ideas what this could be?

some times when i press down on the painful area i can feel and hear a growl or water noise
