For the last few months I have weird sensations inside my head. Especially noticable if i am tired. It feels a little like the top of my brain is cold and heavy. I feel light dizzyness and spaced out and struggle to think when this happens, I have seen other users describe a FOG.
I find it hard to follow conversations sometimes and sometimes it affects my sleep every now and again, just as I try to nod off I feel inside my head very dizzy / strange I cant really describe it and I instantly have to wake fully and sit up, it makes me feel anxious and unable to sleep, this can happen repeatedly for hours before I finally fall asleep.

My symptoms are also more noticable if I have not eaten. Since this has been happening I have noticed I am a lot more hungrier than I used to be, and if I dont eat I really struggle with my cloudyness.

I have recently finished university about 6 months ago and since have been working in full time work, I get up earlier than I used to and get less sleep, this started to happen a couple of months into my new job, could it be the change in routine or lifestyle?

Any comments would be welcomed

You might want to see an ENT who specializes in Meniere's Disease. I was diagnosed with it several years ago, and I get that heavy sensation, too, although that is not listed as a recognized symptom. Not sure about the cold feeling, though. I'd get it checked out--
Hope that helps--

I have to say that I started getting this feeling when I got a full time job too and my sleep schedule changed and got less sleep too, full time job too. My job required 2 screens side by side and I used both so I was turning my head( from right screen to left for 8 hrs and not to mention it was fast thinking work. Maybe this and my lack of sleep is what effected me? I used to get like 11 hrs of sleep daily, with the new job I got 5 per day and was on non stop stress. I feel weird, like light headed and dizzy, and  like my environment moves,( I used glasses, idk if thats helpful but im including it)  I also feel a pressure like on top of my head, and a bit drowsy, I also feel pressure in my eyes and this weird out of it feeling. I am looking into this on any sites, will look in natural cures sites... This feeling sucks! I feel out of it.. :( Will pray for myself and you guys..

Hi, im so glad i found this, about 9 months ago i was feeling the exact same way, idk what it was from, i thought i was maybe smoking too much and drinking too much caffeine everyday, i had the same feelings and symptoms for almost 3 months, but i went to my Dr. and he proscribed me Clonidine and just said the cloudyness and spaceyness was from a mix of, high blood pressure, anxiety, and no sleep, i took the pills for about a month and slowly started feeling better, sometimes ill have similar episodes of the symptoms but they dont last for too long, it still worries me, though. just kep your head up and drink lots of water and try and get plenty of rest, youll feel better soon!

Most probably nothing too serious to worry about! Similar situation to mine and many others who feel inevitably obliged to be constructively occupied with their family, work and private lives. Some important and concerning issues could be delayed or blocked with their updates which most probably need your systematic intervention and once you engage to the issue you will find easing op on you...
