My wife is very dedicated to building her body. I like that about her because I am body builder myself. But now she is in special condition. She is pregnant. I have tried to talk her out of exercising but she doesn't want to listen. Can you tell me is strength training during pregnancy dangerous?

You should not be so worried. Weight lifting during pregnancy can be very helpful. Boost of muscle strength and endurance could easy the labor and delivery. But she must realize that she have to be very careful not to force her self too much. It is not time to prepare for Olympics. The weight must be modified to her condition. But I believe that she know what to do because she is not a beginner. Proper breathing and proper weight are keys to success.
