Stress, perfectionism and depression are symtoms that many children and teens experience. Although many children need challenges, undue stress, perfectionism, and depression seldom come from specific situations or tasks. Instead they are more likely to come from what we say to ourselves about the events and about ourselves.

• Teaching children self-management of stress
• Techniques to help prevent and overcome perfectionism and depression
• Ways to build habits of resiliency
