Hello, guys. My friend’s father survived a stroke several months ago. I must admit that he has changed his character and he isn’t the same person as he used to be. I have found out that he is detaching from family. I wonder whether this is common. What do you think? I will gladly hear out your opinion.

Hello. Stroke is a very serious condition. It affects your brain. Since the brain controls both physical and psychological elements of one’s organism, there will be repercussions on both after this. This people can change psychologically. Try to understand them. It is even more difficult for them if they cannot speak. Then, they cannot explain what is bothering them. Many of them become violent or detach from family like your friend’s father. I hope I’ve helped. Bye!
