One of my clients is having a problem lifting weights; bench 300lb no worries, lift 300lb from head up no worries but has no strength and massive fatigue moving ANY weight from chin to nose. Fatigue is being felt top of deltoids so much so that he can not physically use his arms for 5 - 10 minutes. It is not affecting the traps and does not pull the bicep in, client says it doesn't feel as though it is the pecs.
Client been training for a few years and has progressed towards professional level so is not new and has his weight technique checked by his training partner a professional strongman.
Anyone with experience of this? I have a few theories but really need someone who has been through or treated someone who has been through this.
