Also, if you get soap down the opening (the meatus), you are very likely to irritate the ureathra and have pain upon urination and even without peeing.

I had the same problem few times when i was younger (15-16 years old) and had just started masturbating. Dont remember that I had many of these later as I learned the right techniques (now am 33).
