I have had swelling in the back of my neck right in the middle for a couple weeks. Now it's gotten bigger and the swelling in down the right side of my back also. I'm having minor pain with it and it doesn't seem to want to go away. I don't have insurance right now so can't go to Dr. Could this be something serious i haven't been in a accident. Just thought someone else may have had this problem.

I can understand your problem as I have seen my mom's was a similar case.Well, is it muscular or is the swelling down to the bone.It is a very difficult situation for you, with having no insurance.I do not have much to suggest except that you could use an ice pack to bring the swelling down if it is a muscular problem but if it is something to do with the bone the I fear you will need to go to a doctor and that to soon.If you can manage then please consult a chiropractor who will be able to treat you better for your problem.
