I have a tube looking thing under my right armpit that feels hard and is swelled pretty good and extends into my right arm muscle on bottom side and is about 6" long at this point. It started out as 3-4 little bumps that hurt about 6 weeks ago and this thing has now formed since and been here about 3 weeks and is not shrinking but seems to be growing. It is tubular looking and hard. If you rub your finger across it you can feel little button feeling things. It is not painful at all, that is whats puzzling. I don't know if this may be an effect on it but for about 1 1/2 years now i have the God awefullest pain in my midsection right under my ribcage below the sternum and to the right towards my liver and seems to hurt the most when i swallow and when i say painful i mean painful. It hurts at different times thru out the day but the worst when i eat. But i never vomit or food doesn't get caught while swallowing so i kinda ruled out a hiatal hernia myself. I do have a constant burning and discomfort in my stomach area around the center especially if i exert myself at all and get very short of breath. I have been to the doctor and they said my blood tests where fine and kidney function was good. Had an echocardiogram in 2004 that said i had an ejection fraction of 45% in my heart but have sceduled me to see a cardiologist and pulmanologist for my lungs. I really getting tired of waiting for answers. I am 37 years old and should be able to function accordingly but just can't without being out of breath or severe burning in my midsection. And i have some dizzy feelings with exertion as well and sometimes intermittingly thru out the day and night. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
