Yesterday around 12:00 am I started to feel a pain in my right testicle. In some uncommon occasion when I feel a pain in my testicle it goes away after I ejaculate, but yesterday it only got worse. Also I had something similar a year ago but it completely went away after an hour or so. The pain was the worst I ever felt in my life and I did want to go to the ER, but I'm a tourist here in Canada and had not 700 dollars available. My right testicle is also swollen and I suspect the tubing is swollen as well. After 90 minutes of pain I took a hot shower that relieved the pain a bit. I also took Advil pain killers and the pain gradually went away (mostly), but my testicle is still quite swollen. I have an appointment tomorrow at a walk in clinic and I've been reading a lot about different causes, and I'm scared that I have testicular torsion. It seems my right testicle still moves on it's own, especially when applying heat. I'm worried that my testicle is damaged, even though the pain is mostly gone and it still moves.

You may have epididymitis or an STD.

I don't think it is testicular torsion from your description.  If it was, in most cases you wouldn't be walking and the pain would be extremely intense.

Please see your doctor, just to be sure.

Good luck, keep us posted.
