Hi all who read... I am fifteen yars old and 4 days ago i notised that the tip of my foreskin was slightly swolen. I left it for a few day's to see how things went but it has not calmed. There is a creamy liquid which comes out in small quantities but does not hurt. There is a slight stinging sensation that happens when I urinate.

If anybody could tell me how to stop this problem, or even what it is please reply to this bulletin.
