i'm going in the tanning beds for an upcoming trip, and i was wondering if birth control effects it anyway, i'm not getting dark as much as i usually would, would birth control cause this? or is it dangerous? also how long does it take for birth control to be effective?

I never started to tan until i was on birth controlll allready but it makes sense because i m just not reqallly tan and i go a lot. it was taking forever for me to get a tan and i usually tan easily. you didnt say what kind of birth control you're on. if youre on the pill they say to wait 2 weeks when you first start taking it befor having unprotected sex.
