It depends on just how tight your foreskin is. If it is really tight and absolutely won't retract, then you can have penetrative sex without pain. On the other hand, if it just a little bit tight, then it is likely to be forced back during sex and that will hurt because it is tight.

Peeing with a foreskin that does not retract can be interesting. Try holding each side of your foreskin with the thumb and forefinger of each hand. Stretch it out away from your body so that your foreskin takes on a funnel or spout shape. Then try peeing and see if you get a nice stream that you can direct.

You could have fixed your problem by stretching and kept your foreskin.

If your foreskin bunches up behind the head when you retract you most likely have a short frenulum (frenulum breve). Test it by pulling back on the foreskin. If the head of your penis bends down when you pull back your foreskin, you have frenulum breve.

You can stretch the frenulum manually just like you do your foreskin. That is the best course of action if the frenulum is too short to permit your foreskin to retract.

There also is a minor operation to relieve the frenulum, called frenuloplasty and another called frenectomy. One of these might be necessary, if the stretching does not work. Urologists do this.

Don’t let anyone sell you a circumcision. Circumcision is NOT necessary to treat this condition.

Hi, I'm fifteen coming up sixteen in a few months, and I've been going through similar issues tons lot of other people on this board (namely, my foreskin didn't go back when erect) at 13 I was 5 1/2 inch and about that circumference which meant my glans became very thick when I got erect and my foreskin, which is unusually long and kinda tight, would barely retract at all when I was erect (meaning for masturbation my foreskin would stay over my glans and my ejaculate came out as a dribble). Since then I've read around a bit and done lots of stretching (also I've advanced through puberty) and now my foreskin will retract fairly well when erect; however depending on just how hard I am it won't always retract, and when it does it kinda tends to bunch up around the base of the glans. Anyone recommend what to do to make it so my foreskin rolls further down my penis? I think I'm unlucky because the glans is out of proportion with the rest of the penis (I have the glans of a 9 inch penis on my six inch penis) and my apparently unusual girth and long foreskin isn't helpful. I worry because I plan to have sex with my girlfriend fairly soon (i.e. all the way, home run etc etc) and will be using protection, having practised with condoms before I find they don't really stay on because my foreskin rolls up and pushed it around too much. Thoughts please? :) also worth mentioning I can't masturbate with my glans all the way back, only finish off after the point of no return

I'm a 14 year old, and I lost my virginity, o was very afraid when I wasn't able to pull back after mentioning it to my mom (yes very awkward) I could see the tip of it and about 1/2 cm from the end of the tip as I masturbated. One question though, I saw things that looked like small veins. They were pink and stood out. Where on the actual head of penis.

I'm 15, I can force my foreskin over the head when flaccid but not erect will this fix over time with stretching? My penis is 4 inches flaccid and 7 inches erect

Also when erect about 1/5 or 1/4 of my head shows
