I continue to have signs of pregnancy but have not missed a period and all 6-8 test have been negative. My symptoms have been going on for about a month and a half. I don't have insurance so I can't go to the doctor and I don't know what to do.

Tests are very accurate these days so if all those tests have said negative I would very much doubt you are pregnant.
While there are a pregnant women that continue to bleed monthly and are unaware, pregnancy tests should still show positive regardless. So I don't think pregnancy is the issue here.
I have no other suggestions as if you can't go to the doctor for a few tests, its going to be impossible to know.
