My testicles are drawn up tight in the morning, but in the evening and nightime they are very relaxed and hang long like they should. No cafine involved. They are so tight in the morning that they are kinda uncomfortable. My penis is also very small in the am ( like I was in cold water) and normal size in the evening. Anyone else have this condition?

I have the same issue. I understand that cold will cause the body to bring the scrotum closer to the body but even in warm weather this happens to me in the am. Pm everything hangs as should am everything shrinks regardless of temperature.
