I am 27 Years of age, have two boys , 6 and 2 years of age... I suffer from Depression for 7 years now and I am using Cipralex 10mg S5.
Some days , like today, I will feel my heart beat in my chest, not fast no pain, no tight chest, just feeling my heart beating very hard for a few seconds and after few minutes again.eh I am not sure what this can be... is this dangerous? I don't have any heart sicknesses in my family and I never had this before it's been happing for a few months now. I did test my blood pressure last friday and it was totally normal...:-|
I am getting very nervous about this now as I usally run to Docter with everything...:$
Please help! Is there any body else feeling this two?8-|

You worry too much :) its just anxiety and nothing else ....i feel those palpitations too sometimes , when I feel tense or even other times when Im relaxed or going to sleep .... I feel those sensations ... so dont worry too much they are just anxiety symptoms...You don't know what anxiety can do to your body .....so many symptoms that you can think you have something serious!!!! Keep cool and try to relax..... deep breathing helps slowly.....1......2.....3.....4... out.....1....2......3.......4
