I had an accident 6 years back, its after then i noticed that my left testicle hangs a lot down and isnt well structured like the right. and its internal appears to be a bit crushed up or smashed...but not totally.but then i didnt consider it much... and it pains sometimes when stuck badly.... .


and a whitish yellowish blister kind... appeared on the scrotum , penis (only one at a time)..... recently... and it occured 3 or 4... times...at different places. and since i am diabetic... it didnt get back to normal fast... but then when i brought it under control... the blister broke with white substance pasty like... and with some blood... and i never got involved in sex so far...

so what could be the problem... is there a need to meet a doc...???
please help me out...
