Hello, recently I have had a lot of testicular pain and am considering visiting my doctor, but would like to find out how important this may be. A few weeks ago when I was masturbating I noticed a pinching pain in my right testicle and in my groin. I ignored it and continued to masturbate about 1-2 times a day. During the last week I noticed that the pain has gotten significantly, and a few days ago I wasn't able to finish masturbating because the sharp pain in my testicle was too much. I also noticed that during masturbating there was a massive lump on the underside of my right testicle. And after done masturbating the lump would go down in size but is still there. I haven't masturbated in the past 4 days and there is still a pretty large lump under my right testicle that goes kind of to the side. The pain hasn't subsided since laying off the masturbating and has gotten worse. When I sit down I feel a pinch constantly in my right testicle and also in my right groin. This also occurrs when walking. What could this possibly be?

Hi Guest,

See a urologist, NOW.

You need an exam to determine what it is.  Most spermatoceles and varioceles are relatively painless.  That it is getting worse means you DO need to seek medical attention.

Good luck.
